Great experience with this company installing new HVAC unit and duct work in our house. Our house is over 100 years old so it’s not your cookie cutter type track home. Everyone was very professional and performed as promised. We will be using them again when we update the other unit on our house.

Anthony and Jose came to service our ac that just wasn’t giving us much cold air. At first when the problem started I thought it would take forever to be able to get someone out but Maximum Air did not hesitate and came right out! Within one day we had ice cold air again!! I thought I couldn’t have been more happier than just to have cold air again but I was wrong! It got even better! That’s because the quality of service, professionalism, and overall interactions with Anthony and Jose were the epitome of great customer service. They were careful to keep my carpet clean when they had to come in and even were very cautious around my rambunctious and curious two year old. They were so friendly and had great communication. They explained to me what was happening every step of the way and we’re very knowledgeable. I felt that I could truly trust them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Especially during these hot summer months!

I heard screeching noises! 105* outside I called and the owner , Jeff, answered and had a tech at my house in 3 hours. Very professional, Victor diagnosed the issue and said my unit might still be under warranty, he worked hard to get the part covered. First thing next morning, Victor called and said he was on his way, boom! fixed. Unfortunately, this level of service is rare, in today's world Thank you Maximum Aire

Jeff and his team were all amazing. He made it out to out to troubleshoot, and even had a replacement appointment scheduled before anyone else could even make it out to evaluate our old unit. I’ll never use anyone else again. 10/10
